App features
All important trip information in one place
After activating your trip, you will see it in the “Your trips” section. Tap the trip image or name to open the trip details.
In the app, you may find the itinerary, trip information, maps, files and selected online features, depending on what has been enabled by the organiser.
Available features may vary
The organiser decides which sections and materials are made available to participants of a specific trip. This means that your app may show only the features prepared for your trip.
Information
The Information section may include practical details about the trip, such as organisational notes, logistics, contacts, packing tips or other materials prepared by the organiser.
Itinerary
The Itinerary section contains the trip schedule. You can check planned activities, times, meeting points and details of individual programme items.
Maps
The Maps section may include maps, locations or other materials that help you navigate during the trip.
Files
The Files section may include documents shared by the organiser. In some cases, these may be individual files assigned specifically to you, such as a ticket or a PDF document.
Gallery
The Gallery can be used to share photos from the trip, if this feature has been enabled by the organiser. An Internet connection is required to use the Gallery.
Wall
The Wall is a space for posts, comments or announcements, if this feature has been enabled by the organiser. An Internet connection is required to use the Wall.
Participant QR code
For selected trips, an individual participant QR code may be available in the app. The organiser or tour leader may ask you to show it during check-in, entry to an event or attendance confirmation.
If you do not see a QR code in the app, it means that this feature may not have been enabled for your trip.
